21-22 Welcome Letter from the Principal
Dear Tri-County Families and Staff,
Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year. I hope everyone is ready to start school and learn valuable skills. I am pleased to be your PK-12 Principal and Curriculum Director for my fourth year in administration. I have been preparing for a safe, secure, and wonderful learning environment at TC this year. Our elementary playground and equipment will be installed in the early Fall--pretty exciting for our school. Our elementary gym has a bright new look showcasing TC pride. Several areas received a fresh coat of paint and trim. We have four snack cabinets in various locations in the building for students to grab and get snacks from during the day or as they leave from school. The cabinets were provided free of charge through our food pantry program. Our on-site food pantry will continue this year. Cross country is back at TC as well.
This year we welcome several new staff members to the Tri-County team:
-
Ashley Peak, 1st Grade
-
Baylee VanErsvelde, 2nd Grade
-
Michaela Lundy, 3rd Grade/Asst. Girls’ Basketball and Asst. Varsity Volleyball
-

At Tri-County, we want the very best for our students, and we are proud of all the great things we do and strive to improve. I am honored to serve as your principal. The schoolwide interventions K-12 will be intensive and we are focusing on mathematics in the elementary. K-12th will be looking closely at writing interventions with a focus on classroom strategies to improve learning. Enrichment activities will be restructured as well.
I am excited about the upcoming year and to continue to grow our Trojan pride. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
